ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Tofu
- 🧈 1 block (300g) grilled tofu
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants (240g)
- 150g grated daikon radish
- 5 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 💧 150ml water
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut the eggplants into halves and score the skin to allow flavors to penetrate.
Grate the daikon radish and set aside.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté the pork until lightly browned.
Add the eggplants to the pan and cook until softened.
Add water, dashi granules, sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir well.
Add the tofu and simmer for 10 minutes.
Top with grated daikon and shiso leaves before serving.
