ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 eggplants (160g), sliced
- 2 bell peppers (60g), diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Slice the eggplants into 1cm thick diagonal pieces and dice the bell peppers into 1.5cm squares after removing seeds.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat it with cornstarch.
Mix ponzu sauce and gochujang in a bowl until well combined.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the color changes. Add eggplants and bell peppers, stir-frying until coated with oil.
Pour the ponzu and gochujang mixture into the pan and stir-fry everything together until well coated.
