ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Tofu
- 1/2 block fried tofu
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Cut the fried tofu into 7mm slices. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips after removing seeds and pith.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork for about 3 minutes until the color changes.
Add the fried tofu and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry briefly until coated with oil, then pour in BBQ sauce and mix well.
