ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🐖 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🌿 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 3 1/2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Place the noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute to loosen them.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the noodles to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil, then add bean sprouts and stir briefly. Add sake and yakiniku sauce, cooking until the liquid evaporates.
Cut garlic chives directly into the pan using scissors, stir-fry briefly over medium heat, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
