Main
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ШАГИ
Mince the green onion and garlic.
Rub the sliced pork with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat half the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat, pour in the beaten eggs, stir until semi-cooked, then remove.
Add the remaining vegetable oil and garlic to the pan, cook until fragrant, then add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the green onion and cook until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, yakiniku sauce, doubanjiang, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Add the rice and stir to combine.
Return the eggs to the pan and mix everything together. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
