    • 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • A pinch of parsley
  • Seasonings

    • 💧 100cc water
    • 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 2 tbsp ketchup

Cut bacon into 1cm strips. Dice onion and carrot into 1cm cubes.

Dice potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add pork, bacon, and grated garlic, and sauté until the pork changes color.

Add onion, carrot, potato, and soybeans to the pot. Stir until the oil coats all ingredients.

Add water, canned tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, and ketchup. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes until potatoes are tender.

Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
