    • 80g all-purpose flour

    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Cut the pork belly into two equal portions.

Cut the chives into 3cm pieces.

In a bowl, mix the beaten egg and water, then add the flour and mix well. Add natto and chives, and gently combine.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange half of the pork belly slices in the pan, pour the batter over them, and spread it evenly. Place the remaining pork belly slices on top.

Cook for about 3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.

Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces, plate, and serve with the dipping sauce made by mixing vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
