ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 8 slices pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
Seaweed
- 2 sheets roasted seaweed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Potato starch as needed
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ШАГИ
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and divide them into 8 equal portions.
Lay out a slice of pork belly, season with salt and pepper, place a piece of roasted seaweed on top, and add 1/8 of the enoki mushrooms. Roll tightly. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Coat the rolls with potato starch. Heat a frying pan with butter over medium heat, then add the rolls and cook until browned.
Add sake and soy sauce to the pan, and coat the rolls evenly with the sauce.
