- 🥩 250g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 chili peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
ШАГИ
Cut pork belly slices into bite-sized pieces and season with black pepper.
Slice scallions, onion, and chili peppers, and set aside.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, corn syrup, and sugar to create the marinade.
Combine the pork belly with the marinade and mix well.
Soak sliced scallions in cold water to reduce their sharpness.
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly and spread them evenly at the bottom of a pan.
Place the marinated pork belly on top of the bean sprouts.
Cook on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until the pork is fully cooked.
Top with soaked scallions and serve hot.
