ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Meat
- 🍖 80g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Water as needed
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ШАГИ
Slice the green onion into small pieces, separating the green and white parts.
Cut the pork belly into 1.5cm thick strips and season with salt and pepper.
In a rice cooker, combine the soaked rice, sauce ingredients, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the surface. Place pork belly and white parts of green onion on top, then cook as usual.
Once cooked, add the green parts of the onion and sesame oil, then gently mix.
