ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 120g rice vermicelli
- 100g thinly sliced pork loin
- 🥕 1 small carrot (about 100g)
- 50g chives
Seasoning
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Combined Seasoning
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ШАГИ
Cut the carrot into thin strips (5cm long). Slice the chives into 5cm pieces. Cut the pork into 1cm strips and marinate with 1/2 tbsp sake and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the rice vermicelli in a heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over it, drain, and return to the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and steam for 5 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors. Mix the combined seasoning ingredients.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and carrot, stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add curry powder and mix briefly. Add the combined seasoning and rice vermicelli, mix well. Cover and steam for 1 minute. Add the chives and mix quickly. Increase heat to medium-high to evaporate excess liquid. Taste and adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt if needed.
