- 🍖 450g pork neck
Vegetables
- 10 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Prepare pork neck with minimal fat.
Mix all seasoning ingredients thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan and cook pork neck until golden on both sides, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add the seasoning mix to the pan and simmer until bubbling.
Add the cooked pork neck to the pan and stir-fry until glossy and well-coated.
Wash perilla leaves, remove excess water, and slice thinly. Arrange on a serving plate.
Place the pork neck ginger stir-fry on top of the perilla leaves and serve.
