Main Ingredients
- 🐖 300g pork neck
- 🧂 A sprinkle of black pepper
Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Trim the pork neck to remove excess fat if desired, or keep it for a richer flavor.
Cut the pork into pieces suitable for skewering and twist them onto skewers.
Sprinkle black pepper over the skewered meat.
Heat a pan with oil and cook the skewers on medium heat.
Flip the skewers once one side is cooked, and cook the other side.
While the meat cooks, mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over the cooked skewers and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
