Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Meat
- 🥩 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g lettuce leaves
- 🍄 150g enoki mushrooms
- 🥑 80g avocado (1/2 piece)
- 3–4 shiso leaves, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp coarse salt
Mentaiko Mayo Sauce
- 80g mentaiko (pollock roe)
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, adding 1 tbsp of coarse salt to the boiling water.
Blanch the lettuce leaves briefly in boiling water and drain.
Cut the enoki mushrooms and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the mentaiko mayo sauce by mixing mentaiko, mayonnaise, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Cook the thinly sliced pork belly in boiling water until fully cooked, then drain.
Combine the cooked spaghetti, lettuce, enoki mushrooms, avocado, pork belly, and mentaiko mayo sauce in a large bowl.
Garnish with julienned shiso leaves and serve immediately.
