ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vermicelli
- 20g vermicelli
Pork
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) enoki mushrooms
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 300cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Trim the root of enoki mushrooms and cut into thirds. Remove stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the pork until its color changes.
Add the soup base ingredients and mix well. Add enoki mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, then bring to a boil. Add vermicelli, submerge in the soup, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes until vermicelli softens.
