ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 5 bell peppers (150g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
ШАГИ
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into 7mm wide strips.
Place one slice of pork loin vertically, season with salt and pepper, and wrap tightly around 1/8 of the bell pepper strips. Repeat to make 8 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the rolls seam-side down, and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute. Roll occasionally and cook until browned and fully cooked, approximately 7–8 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce) and simmer until thickened.
