ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 1/2 mentaiko (25g)
- 🧀 3 tbsp pizza cheese
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
Mentaiko Mayo Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents. Mix the mentaiko with mayonnaise and pepper in a bowl to make the mentaiko mayo sauce.
Slice the potato into 5mm thick rounds and soak them in water. Drain the water thoroughly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and arrange the potato slices. Cook on medium-low heat for about 4 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden brown.
Top each potato slice with mentaiko mayo sauce and pizza cheese. Cover the pan and steam on low heat until the cheese melts.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
