ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 4 sausages
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, seeds removed
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧀 50g Camembert cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Topping
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of dried oregano
ШАГИ
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the sausages diagonally into halves.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened. Add the pumpkin and sausages, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish. Tear the Camembert cheese and place it on top. Sprinkle breadcrumbs, drizzle olive oil, and scatter oregano. Bake in a toaster oven until the cheese melts.
