    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

    • Pinch of pepper
  • Sauce

    • 2 tbsp red wine
    • 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
    • 3 tbsp brown sauce
    • 🧈 10g salted butter
  • Garnish

    • Chopped parsley, to taste
