- 2 tbsp olive oil
ШАГИ
Cut garlic cloves in half lengthwise and remove the core.
In a small saucepan, heat milk and garlic over low heat without bringing to a boil. Once garlic softens, add anchovy fillets and mash them along with the garlic until the mixture thickens and the bottom of the pan becomes visible.
Add olive oil and mix well. Heat until warmed through.
