    • 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

    • A dash of pepper

    • 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes (200g)
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp consomme
    • A dash of pepper
    • 💧 100cc water

Boil water in a pot and blanch the cabbage leaves until vibrant. Mince the cabbage core and onion.

In a bowl, flake the mackerel from the can. Add minced cabbage core, onion, and the egg mixture ingredients. Mix well and divide into 4 portions, shaping into balls.

Lay out a cabbage leaf, place a portion of the filling in the center, and roll tightly. Secure the roll with a toothpick. Repeat for all 4 rolls.

Place the rolls seam-side down in a frying pan. Add the sauce ingredients and heat over medium heat until boiling. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add pizza cheese on top, cover again, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
