ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1/2 lotus root (100g), sliced
- 1/2 burdock root (90g), julienned
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), julienned
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce base
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ШАГИ
Slice the lotus root into quarter-rounds and soak in water to remove excess starch. Julienne the burdock root and carrot, and soak the burdock root in water to remove bitterness.
Place the lotus root, burdock root, carrot, and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and concentrated soy sauce base. Add the cooked vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
