ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root
- 60g burdock root
- 🥕 50g carrot
Noodles
- 100g shirataki noodles
Oil and Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 30cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 50cc amazake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Slice the lotus root, burdock root, and carrot into thin pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables and shirataki noodles.
Add water, sake, amazake, and soy sauce to the pan and stir well.
Cook until the liquid is absorbed and the vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
