ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Beef
- 🥩 250g beef rump steak (2 pieces)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧅 100g grated onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Bring beef to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
Slice garlic thinly and remove its core. Grate the onion.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant and lightly golden. Remove garlic chips. Increase heat to medium-high and sear beef for 1 minute per side. Wrap in aluminum foil and let rest.
In a small pot, combine sauce ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes until reduced by half.
Plate the steak, pour the sauce over, and garnish with garlic chips.
