ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ШАГИ
Pat the mackerel fillets dry with a paper towel and cut them into 1cm wide slices. Season with salt and coat with potato starch.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers after removing the seeds.
Heat half of the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the mackerel skin-side down and cook until both sides are done. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean and heat the remaining salad oil. Add the cabbage, bell peppers, and bean sprouts, and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir until combined. Return the mackerel to the pan and mix well.
