Fish
- 1 can (190g) saba canned in water
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 1/4 head (200g) spring cabbage
- 1/2 bunch (50g) chives
- 100g grated nagaimo
Flour
- 100g all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 80cc water
Toppings
- 2 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 packet (2.5g) bonito flakes
ШАГИ
Grate the nagaimo and finely chop the spring cabbage and chives.
In a large bowl, mix the saba can (drained), eggs, grated nagaimo, chopped vegetables, flour, salt, dashi powder, and water until well combined.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add salad oil. Pour the batter into the pan and shape it into a round pancake.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and top with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes.
