ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet mackerel (140g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Batter
- 1 tbsp tempura flour
- 50g tempura flour
- 💧 70cc cold water
Cooking Oil
- Sufficient amount of salad oil
Finishing
- 🧂 Salt to taste
ШАГИ
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the mackerel and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into 6 pieces. Coat evenly with 1 tbsp of tempura flour.
In a bowl, mix 50g of tempura flour and 70cc of cold water until smooth to create the batter.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (about 3cm deep). Dip the mackerel pieces into the batter and fry for 1 minute without touching. Flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with salt to finish.
