ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 30g shredded dried squid
Vegetables
- 50g burdock root, shaved
- 🥕 60g carrot, julienned
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Other
- 1/2 sheet fried tofu, sliced
- 💧 Water as needed
- 2 shiso leaves, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Shred the dried squid into small pieces and cut into bite-sized lengths. Shave the burdock root and soak in water, then drain.
Julienne the carrot. Wrap the fried tofu in paper towels to remove excess oil, then cut into thin slices. Julienne the ginger.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce), and water up to the 2-cup mark in the rice cooker. Add the prepared ingredients and cook as usual.
Once cooked, mix well, serve in bowls, and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
