ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 clove minced ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cornstarch as needed
- Salad oil as needed
- 1/4 tsp chili paste
Chili Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock granules
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
ШАГИ
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a pan and pan-fry the salmon until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic, ginger, and green onion until fragrant.
Add diced eggplants and tomatoes to the pan. Stir-fry until the tomatoes start to break down.
Mix the chili tomato sauce ingredients (ketchup, soy sauce, chicken stock granules, sugar) and add to the pan.
Return the salmon to the pan and gently mix with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
