- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
- 🌱 60g asparagus (3 stalks)
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 1 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
Hasselback Potatoes
- 🥔 250g new potatoes (2 pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Skillet Preparation
- Small amount of salad oil
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cream Cheese Paste
- 🧀 30g cream cheese
- 🥛 1 tsp milk
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Wash new potatoes thoroughly, slice thinly with skin on, and soak in water. Drain well.
Trim asparagus ends, peel the lower half with a peeler, and cut diagonally into thirds.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Mix cream cheese paste ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Place salmon, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes on aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle cheese. Wrap tightly to form packets. Repeat for two servings.
Lightly coat a skillet with salad oil using a paper towel. Arrange potato slices and drizzle with olive oil. Place skillet and foil packets on a baking tray.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake for 10 minutes, remove foil packets, and bake potatoes for an additional 10 minutes.
Top warm Hasselback potatoes with cream cheese paste and garnish with parsley. Serve foil salmon packets with optional salt and pepper.
