ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salmon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red paprika, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- 🌱 1 tsp chopped green onion
ШАГИ
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red paprika and onion.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, let it rest for 5 minutes, and pat dry.
Place the onion slices on a sheet of aluminum foil, then lay the salmon on top. Add the shimeji mushrooms and red paprika, then tear the butter into small pieces and place it on top. Wrap the foil tightly.
Bake in a toaster oven for 15–20 minutes. Open the foil, drizzle soy sauce, and sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
