ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet salmon
Vegetables
- 🍠 200g sweet potato
- 3 sprigs mitsuba
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 40cc soy sauce
- 💧 360cc water
- 🌰 1 tsp black sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut sweet potato into 1cm thick slices and chop mitsuba into small pieces.
Season salmon with salt and grill until cooked, then flake the meat.
In a pot, combine rice, sweet potato, soy sauce, and water. Cook on high heat until boiling, then cover and reduce to medium heat for 5 minutes, followed by low heat for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let steam for 5 minutes.
Mix in the flaked salmon, garnish with mitsuba and black sesame seeds.
