- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Carpaccio Sauce
- 🌿 3 sprigs chopped parsley
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water. Drain the water. Slice the salmon into bite-sized pieces at an angle.
Mix all the Carpaccio Sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange the salmon slices in a radial pattern on a plate. Place the onion in the center and drizzle the Carpaccio Sauce over the dish.
