Fish
- 🐟 160g salted salmon (2 fillets)
Flour
- 🌾 As needed all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Egg Coating
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🌿 1 tsp aonori (seaweed flakes)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ШАГИ
Remove the bones from the salted salmon and cut each fillet into three pieces diagonally. Coat both sides with all-purpose flour.
In a bowl, mix the egg, aonori, and salt and pepper. Add the salmon pieces and coat them thoroughly.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the coated salmon pieces in the pan and pour any remaining egg mixture over them.
Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until both sides are crispy and golden.
