Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 piece (70g) of salted salmon
Seaweed
- 🟩 2 sheets of roasted nori
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Heat a frying pan with 1 tsp salad oil over medium-low heat. Add the salted salmon and cook for about 2 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until fully cooked. Remove bones and skin, then flake the salmon coarsely.
Place half of the cooked rice on a sheet of plastic wrap. Add half of the flaked salmon in the center, wrap, and shape into a ball. Sprinkle salt over the surface and wrap with a sheet of roasted nori. Repeat to make 2 onigiri.
