Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Vegetables
- Watercress for garnish
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
ШАГИ
Cut the garlic in half and remove the core.
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the salmon skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook for 3–4 minutes, then remove.
Add the sauce ingredients to the same pan and heat over medium heat until thickened.
Plate the salmon, pour the sauce over it, and garnish with watercress.
