Main
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🍄 80g king oyster mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tsp salad oil
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- 🌿 3 sprigs of parsley
ШАГИ
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tsp of salad oil in a pan and cook the salmon fillets until golden brown on both sides.
In the same pan, melt 10g of butter and sauté spinach and king oyster mushrooms until tender.
Prepare the tartar sauce by finely chopping boiled eggs, onion, and parsley. Mix them with mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
Plate the cooked salmon, spinach, and mushrooms. Top the salmon with tartar sauce.
