- 🦑 150g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, cut into pieces
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 15g salted butter
ШАГИ
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core.
Spread the cabbage in a frying pan, then layer the garlic and squid evenly on top. Sprinkle sake and heat over medium heat until it starts to bubble, then cover and steam on low heat for about 4 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, and butter, then mix everything together evenly.
