ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 4 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Cut the potatoes into small bite-sized pieces and microwave them in a bowl covered with plastic wrap at 600W for 7–10 minutes. Let them cool slightly.
Add salted kombu and mayonnaise to the potatoes and mix well.
Mix in white sesame seeds and canned tuna. Top with shiso leaves before serving.
