ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 2 bundles (100g) somen noodles
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 3 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Dice the tomato into 2cm cubes. Mix the tomato and salted kombu in a bowl. Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Combine the seasoning ingredients (grated ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce) in a serving bowl and mix well.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water, then remove excess water.
Place the somen noodles in the serving bowl with the seasoning. Mix well, then top with the tomato and salted kombu mixture and garnish with shiso leaves.
