Tofu
- 🍥 300g silken tofu
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
Seaweed
- 🟩 1 sheet roasted nori
ШАГИ
Pat the silken tofu dry and rub salt evenly over it. Wrap it in kitchen paper, place it on a tray, weigh it down, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 day to create salted tofu.
Cut the roasted nori sheet in half, then cut each half into 8 equal pieces. Spread wasabi evenly on the back of each piece.
Cut the salted tofu in half along the shorter side, then cut each half into 8 equal pieces. Sandwich the tofu pieces with the prepared nori.
