ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 200g ground mixed meat
Vegetables
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 10cm green onion (30g)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chili paste
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Topping
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut the green onion in half horizontally, remove the core, and slice thinly. Soak in water and drain to make shredded green onion. Mince the core.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until the color changes. Add minced green onion core and stir-fry until softened. Remove excess oil with a paper towel, then add the seasonings and cook until the liquid reduces.
Place rice, meat soboro, shredded green onion, and sesame seeds evenly on lettuce leaves.
