ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 120g canned sanma (grilled)
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 4 stalks green onion, chopped
- 300g grated daikon radish
Spices
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Other
- 1-2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
ШАГИ
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and drain excess water. Chop green onion. Grate daikon radish and squeeze out excess water.
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix. In another bowl, combine tofu, canned sanma, green onion, ginger, potato starch, salt, and the mixed egg. Mix thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on one side. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the patties, top with grated daikon radish, and drizzle with ponzu sauce.
