- 🌭 6 sausages
- 🌿 3 asparagus spears
Cooking Oil
- sufficient salad oil for frying
Sauce Ingredients
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
Breading
- 🌾 sufficient all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍞 sufficient breadcrumbs
ШАГИ
Peel the tough ends of the asparagus with a peeler and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and ketchup to prepare the sauce. Skewer the sausages and asparagus alternately onto sticks.
Coat the skewers in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs to form a breading.
Heat about 3 cm of salad oil in a pot to 180°C. Fry the skewers until golden and crispy. Serve with the prepared sauce.
