Main Ingredients
- 250g rice cakes
- 5 sausages
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/4 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2/3 cup water
- A pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Cut sausages into 3–4 pieces, slice the onion, and chop the green onion. Rinse the rice cakes and drain.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, corn syrup, sesame oil, water, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and stir-fry the rice cakes, sausages, onion, and green onion together.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and let it simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens.
Add black pepper to taste and finish cooking when the sauce is well absorbed.
Serve the sausage soy sauce tteokbokki hot.
