ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Tofu
- 1 piece fried tofu (120g)
Vegetables
- 15 snow peas
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 💧 150 ml water
ШАГИ
Remove the strings from the snow peas. Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, water) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the onion and mix. Once boiling again, add the tofu, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Add the snow peas and mix, then simmer for another minute.
Pour the beaten eggs evenly into the pot. When the edges start to set, turn off the heat, cover, and steam for 2–3 minutes until the eggs are semi-cooked.
