- 1 pack pea shoots
Seafood
- 2 pieces swordfish
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Staples
- Enough flour for coating
Aromatics
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ШАГИ
Cut off the root ends of the pea shoots and slice them into halves. Thinly slice the garlic.
Cut the swordfish into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat each piece lightly with flour.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant.
Add the swordfish to the pan and cook until browned on one side. Flip and cook the other side. Remove garlic once golden brown.
Add butter and soy sauce to the pan, stirring to coat the swordfish evenly.
Add the pea shoots and stir-fry briefly. Plate the dish and top with the cooked garlic.
