ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 6 taro (350g)
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang

Wash the taro thoroughly. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6–8 minutes. Peel the skin and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all the miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and sauté until the meat changes color. Add taro and stir until coated with oil. Pour in the miso sauce and stir quickly until evenly combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
