ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 80g sashimi-grade scallops
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
- Chopped nori, as needed
ШАГИ
Peel and dice the avocado into 1.5cm cubes.
Slice the scallops horizontally to reduce thickness.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, garlic, water, sesame oil). Add the avocado and scallops, mix well, and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Serve the rice in a bowl, top with the marinated avocado and scallops, and garnish with chopped nori.
