ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Grains
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
Seafood
- 70g canned scallops
Vegetables
- 100g water-packed bamboo shoots
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
ШАГИ
Cut bamboo shoots into thin strips about 2cm long. Mince the ginger.
In a pot, combine the seasonings (☆), scallop juice from the can, and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the cooked rice and stir to break it apart.
Add the bamboo shoots and mix briefly. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 10–12 minutes. Drizzle sesame oil over the porridge.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
